At Rancho Ducko, we take pride in producing high-quality duck egg mayonnaise made with the freshest ingredients. Your satisfaction is important to us. Because our products are perishable food items, we maintain the following return and refund policy:
1. No Returns on Opened Products
For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened jars, bottles, or packets of mayonnaise.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or spoiled upon delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We may request photos or other details to help us process your claim.
3. Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 7 days. We will send a replacement or provide a refund.
4. Refunds
Refunds (when applicable) will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Opened or partially used products
- Items purchased from third-party retailers (please contact them directly)
- Products not stored according to instructions (e.g., refrigeration requirements)
